You should put some flared holes in it for strength and extra air flow to the radiator. Plus, I think it would make it look a little smaller and better than just the plain sheet.

I applaud your work, it looks good. I only have one problem with it, I don't think it would do any good if you hit anything. Where I'm at people hit deer and elk all the time, and it doesn't look like it would save the front end.

I can cut the TRD in it if you like or even the Toyota logo. I don't know if you have access to that kind of equipment. You seem to be doing well with what you do have though.
