Do ya'll have any preliminary drawings/ideas for a rear bumper for 1st gens yet? About ready to pull the trigger on one, but if I like your ideas better, I can wait.

haven't weighed it yet but probably about 60 to 70 lbs but considering you take off about 30 lbs of stuff when puting this on you probably only add about 40 lbs

    Wow, I'm definitely interested too!

How about some circular cut outs for mounting turn signals / driving lights

yes there will defenetly be cut out's in my final products, this bumper is just a template and my room mate that i built it for has no need for a winch or fog lights so he didn't want the holes, but all future one's unless people dont want them will have fog light holes and holes for winch fair leads.

You'll need to PM me and talk to me about this, i'm not sure how i feel about selling the plans to my product for just a few reason's so please PM me and we can talk about your situation because i totally understand wanting to build your own product but there will have to be a few guidlines.

Thanks man, i'm really trying to make the best possible bumper out there, somthing that every one can enjoy when they see it, so if you have any thing you think could be improved, dont hesitate to tell me :)

lol well i dunno if i'd go that far :p but i try my best and work with what i've got. i've had the truck since i was 15 and it was bone stock when i bought it with 26 inch tires lol

Not bad Timmy. Gonna have to check it out a little closer when I get home tomorrow. You need a winch so you can test out the mounting in real world situations.

well here it is painted with bed liner and all welded up.

the products i send out will have fog light holes and the optional winch fair lead hole in the front. i cant offer bars for them untill i've got a tube bender. the seams on this one look a little wavy in spots but thats only because it was all cut by hand, the next one will be all cut by a water jet and seams will be flawless!
    HOPE YOU GUYS LIKE IT!
