New but no Truck :(

Hello everyone!!

Obviously in this section to introduce myself as well as the taco I wish I had. I've spent a little time over at t4r.org but recently sold my 08 Urban Runner in preparation on my move to the Austin area (currently in San Diego). I hope to be able to join up on the 1st gen forum and meet some people in the Austin/DFW area! I know this isn't the place to post but, if you or anyone you know is looking to sell a 01-04 DBC 4x4 with locker in Texas and NOT red then send a message my way!!! Looking forward to stalking the classified and build threads dreaming of what can BE!!

There’s a few dealers in SD that have some very clean gen1 tacos double cab, but very very pricey. Welcome aboard.

 

Also, try autotrader. I got lucky and found a beautiful gen1 owner by a sweet little lady.

Second, everything in SD is super inflated. There is a gentleman I was speaking with in Vegas that has a 04 DBC OR with 35k original miles for at least 18 but with the move to Texas it doesn’t really work out. I did find a nice 3rd gen 4runner I’ve been talking to the seller about. Might get kicked off the forum in record time hahah!!

 

Can’t go wrong with a t4r! I owned two of them and if the first one was 4wd, I would’ve kept it.

 

Good luck, I might have one for sale in New Mexico pretty soon, still trying to convince myself.
