New CaliRaised LED Bar...but..'Check Charging System'

Installed the CR LED bar behind and below the grill of my very new 2019 Tacoma Off Road this weekend. Couldn't start this morning because positive terminal was loose (not off, just loose). I tightened both positive (LED wire attached to + terminal) and negative terminals, the ground post (negative LED attached there as well) and the relay for the wiring harness. Truck started right away after tightening maintenance.

But now display system says 'Check Charging System' but goes away when Truck is started.

1. I have not drained my battery, its great.
2. All wiring done according to instructions.

Questions:
1. Will the warning go away after a lapsed period of time?
2. Do I need to reset something, like a CEL?
3. Or nothing?

Truck has 407 miles.....

Will it go away? I have OCD issues...

 

If it’s only there when you start its fine. If it’s there while your driving then you have a problem

 

Close your eyes during that time frame. Try to count the floaters in your eyeballs. That will occupy your OCD.

 

Mine has always said Check Charging System when I turn to ACC, but goes away when I turn it on.

"Check Charging System" always displays when the vehicle is not running. First day I bought the truck I had the same question, thought something was wrong, but the dealer gave me the wave off "you kidding?! Get out of here." So I left and never thought about it again.. until today.

 

Disagree. My truckhad behaved this way since day one.
