New CB Antenna Mount

    So here is my new CB antenna mount I made. It still needs to be taken off and cleaned up and painted black. I sort of messed up my and made an extra hole for a self threading screw that I cant put in because it will get into the way of the tailgate closing. Hope you guys enjoy!

    I had the same issue with a bed cover. I ended up drilling into the top flat portion of the bed above the gas tank door. Needless to say, it didn't work. I thought about doing what you did, but I would have preferred the antenna near the roof. So, I got rid of the bed cover and installed it on the bed rail system instead. Looks good for being custom made. I know another member here in San Diego (Evil Monkey) made one very similar to yours.
    What's the set-up like inside?

    Dude, Im sure he doesn't care. After all, we've all had the idea (the concept) for those that have an antenna and a bed cover.
