It feels very close to the size of a 1st Gen Tundra. My initial impression after driving it around today is very positive. I can't believe this thing has a GM emblem on it; it really feels more like a Japanese truck. I'm not going to make too many comparisons to a Tacoma, since it would only be fair to compare it to a 2016. Its good-really good. I hope the 2016 Tacoma will match it.

The white looks very good

The only thing I would change is to color match the mirrors.

NO MANUAL AVAILABLE WITH 6-SPEED! -100

    Built one for $37,xxx

That's about $9k more than my '13 cost me out the door with 12 yr / 100k warranty.

There's one ~20 miles from my house I might have to go test drive.

Traded the 2015 TRD Pro 6spd Supercharged on a PowerWagon and could not be happier. My 2011 Tacoma with the TX Baja package (Added by me) is still treating me great. My 1985 Toyota never skips a beat.
My Tacoma has the 125k Toyota bumper to bumper and 3rd party "lifetime" powertrain warranty.

I actually wanted the bronze color with the brown/tan interior, but they couldn't get any other dealerships to give one up. They had the white one in stock, so I settled for it since its just a 24 month lease. It actually does look pretty good in white. The chrome is a bit excessive, but I wanted the full luxo-package and that's the way it comes. I'll probably go with another TRD OR Taco in 2017 when the lease is up on this one.

Nice looking truck. The only thing I hate is how someone posted that picture comparing a Mach 3 razor to the front of a GMC Canyon. Now every time I see one all I can think about is a crummy Gilette commercial :(

ATO front skid (need more but icon's might fail if I hang anything else from my truck) All-Pro front bumper thanks to a good deal here and a pesky encounter with a rock or 20, total chaos uppers.
Grill looks so much better to me than what Toyota is doing these days. Look forward to seeing how it holds up for you. Very nice looking truck!

How can main line companies keep assembly lines running when they only sell a few hundred units a month!

    Lots of coke, I guess.

I can't believe the amount of land in between the F150 and others. Never seen this comparison before.

^On average, that's 73 F-series (not just F150) trucks sold in the US every hour, 24 hours a day.

On average, Toyota's worldwide powertrain R&D expenditure is about $1 million every hour, but that's a different story...

Simple, build the Ridgeline on the same line as the Pilot.

The Colorado/Canyon are built on the same line as the Express/Savanah full-size vans:
