I have an 05 that I bought with 160,000 miles and I believe is still on the original clutch. It still shifts great and I don't feel anything wrong with it, but it seems like I am past due according to google searches, any tips or testimonies?

Clutch is one of those things that has no set interval for replacement, it all depends on how its driven and what it's towed. A bad driver can burn one up in a couple thousand miles or it could go 200k plus if it's taken care of and not worked hard. Usually you will notice slipping in the higher gears, noise, or that it's hard to get in gear when it's getting to the end of it's life.

BUCKLE UP! It makes it harder for Aliens to pull you out of your Truck.
    Drive it until it breaks

Depends greatly on the driver and luck. Once it starts to slip change it.

Like Dm93 said, will last indefinitely when used properly & may be used up in 50K if not used properly. Wife's 240SX Nissan had over 300K when we sold it & never any type of, nor indication of, any clutch problem. If it needs fix'in, fix it. If not, leave it alone.
