New guy on the forum here. My name is josh and I am 36 with a wife and a little dog. I'm a huge fan of fly fishing, camping, off roading, the gym and whiskey.

I'm not new to the Springs but I'm new to this forum.

I have always driven/built the larger full size trucks but I have finally, finally got the truck I have wanted for YEARS, a Tacoma TRD.

I'm not that familiar with the trails and what not around Colorado because like I said I always had big trucks, and those never did too well on the little mountain trails. I will definitely be on the look out for multi day group trips on here.

So on to the truck. I drive a 2012 Tacoma TRD - SR5 with a 6 inch Fabtech Suspension lift and 33 inch Cooper Discoverer STT Pro tires.

Well any ways, this looks like a damn good forum and if I'm not actively posting I promise I am at least looking around.

    Thanks!

Illinois gulch. Little moab hill near woodland park. It's my easy go to spot, If I'm on a time crunch and want to get out of the city.

Since this thread is based towards springs homies, anyone know of a good fabrication shop in town to get a steel plate bumper made? Or if there is any at all lol

Armorology. Does great fab work. Shoot him a email with what your kind of looking for. I don't know his prices. When went there to get my sliders welded on there were some toyotas there with bumpers he did. That's the only one I know of.

Might be better off buying a relentless or all pro. I'm saving for adventure offroad fab hybrid bumper that thing is sweet. Tanner 4x4 might do fab stuff as well.

Thanks man! I'll look into them! It would be great to get one made in the springs to avoid shipping or driving out of the way haha

Yeah depends on your budget to. When I was there he had a guy drive up from Oklahoma to get his 4runner decked out. The bumpers are solid for sure.

Budget is definitely a big factor. I have a good amount put aside for one right now and once the tax return arrives I should be set no problem. As long as it's top quality then price is always worth it. Plus it'd be nice to get a bumper made to exactly what I'm looking for.
