    No like if the drivers side spring is sagging could it "pull" the other side down with it. Probably really stupid question but oh well lol

    I don't know, maybe. It might have the opposite effect though. The sagging spring will make the weight of the truck fall towards it while the other spring lifts higher because the weight is on the other side.
