    So many variations lol

I bolted up the snorkel (all 3) and then worked the air hose over the snorkel. Shredded the knuckles a bit but was able to secure it.

Nope, that doesn’t sound like a good time.

If the hose + snorkel fit through the hole I don’t know why you’d do it differently haha.

Unbolting the lower fender mount does give you enough room to reach up there to tighten that top bolt.

My bolts are probably rusted, but that’s nothing a good ol self taper can fix after I twist em off.

For that hard to reach bolt, why not put the nut on first and then screw the bolt with but so it’d be handy longer. No?

That opening in the rubber tube does look smaller. Did you boil that end on the stove? Maybe it shrank or contracted?

not the bolt length - its so cramped in there, its next to impossible to get the nut threaded. longer wouldn't help. Even tried going in from the passenger door side with the door open and using a super long gear wrench.

Thats how I had to install mine, with the rubber hose attached, you can feed it through the hole with some finesse. Just make sure its clocked the right way or you'll have to struggle trying to turn it.

I think it’s got the right angle, I can spin it fairly easy if needed.

It’s pretty much parallel with the badge if that makes sense.

I was thinking of getting this sticker for that spot, complete the counterfeit ensemble:

    https://www.ebay.com/itm/PEGATINA-S...hash=item3d4e8b42b2:m:m_VOjCFBBQ16qEMqwQE_uNg

They have four different sizes, one is pretty close.
