Thanks Jason. Having one or 2 is awesome, just never easy to have to put them down, especially close to each other. Or have to watch them feel/look lost without the other there. Buddy was almost 11 and Chewy would have been 14 in October.

Hugs. I share your sorrow, Chase had to leave us this week. Just turned 14, had a few issues long term but thought I'd have a little more time. Both the others are out of sorts, especially Ozzy..the orange boys were besties

Sorry for you loss. It's always hard when you have to part with a beloved pet. Which is pretty much all of them.

Thanks James, they definitely acted like brothers. At least I got to see him right before he went to urgent care. I didn't get to see Buddy and that was abrupt.

More and more I wish that science would work on making cats and dogs lives longer, not humans.

 

Same, though I think the animals only leave so another one can have a great human

 

Thats a really cool way to think about it.

We had our bunny pepper that passed away pretty suddenly and then we got willow a few weeks later.
