    I think it was a Chrysler product or a Jeep in particular I heard about having the second battery and/or some run of them having a recall for them, worth looking into it at least.


    The 2 vehicles I have driven with it was the 2020 Chevy Malibu I first got as my rental when the truck was in for the frame swap. If you slowly stopped you could get away with it. Wife rented an Equinox (22 I think) not long ago and it freaked her out until I told her that was the issue.

    In both those I recall that if you left the heat or AC on, even low, it would not allow the shutoff when stopped. Not sure if other companies did the same..

    Of course, they tell us this stuff AFTER it happens don't they..
