    other way around junior, BFG's are horrible to balance, two of my duratracs balanced to 0 with no weights on them, and i have no shake or shimmy... the other two took very minimal weight.

    I don't have it with me but will try again tonight to get it in. I can't get the screw driver in cause the hole is not even close to matching haha. I'll figure something out

    Some people have to use lube when it doesn't fit. Old trucks like yours need lube sometimes, young ones like our second gens it slides right in everytime.

    This. Make sure you lube it up also. Salt water works really well to reduce friction.

    I would not use salt water. There are much better lubricants out there.

    Miguel, get a wire brush or use a flat-head screw driver to scrape in the inside of the receiver to remove any corrosion or loose rust that might be preventing the shackle from sliding in.

    Ya your right salt water might not work. Gasoline works really well as a lubricant tho, douse it in gas and then heat up the metal with a torch that will work well

    Thanks. I'm gonna try that and see. Idk why I don't think about these ideas. I feel like my brain stops thinking lol but I will try it and see.
