Gut my parents house in a hundred or so years. The basement floor has feet marks from when I ran on it semi solid sister also. The foundation also has coins my sister and I stuck in it, not just a few I mean handfuls. We put newspapers behind the walls and random ass things. My dad when he built the walk way had to throw out a bunch of odds and ends the trash company wouldn't take so he berried it under the concrete. They are currently shrinking the size of the in-ground pool from 20x40 to kidney shape one. Can't wait to see how this goes.

Better yet, look into having someone else play this stupid game haha.

Last time I rented a dumpster..between another room of demo, plus all the crap I had to toss and stuff my inlaws left behind it was just too much.

I live across the street from the "recycle center"..Mike, you remember the part right across from my house, that was a landfill and further up the street is the part they still use just for large stuff and yard debris. They don't take construction stuff or I'd be sitting pretty with a 30 second idle up the street haha

I have Bank of America but recently set up an ING Direct account also. The interest rates are awesome! BoA sucks but their accessibility is nice and their online banking is very easy to use (I have credit cards with them also so their online banking showing everyone on one page is convenient).

I use citizens and never had an issue with them. I stopped using bank of america a few months after I graduated (only ATM on campus - had to use). The upped my credit card interest rate from 12% to 28.99% for no damn reason at all. Called them and asked why, mind you I never carry a balance and use it as a 'debit card' more or less, and the assistant told me, "Well that makes no sense, must be due to you recently graduating". I told her right then to cancel the card, and she stated that she will reduce the rate back down to the previous amount to keep me.

Ever since then, I refuse to use BOA for any business...will never hit one of their ATM's so they can get the withdrawl fee. If I could do it again, I would probably opt for a local credit union. When it comes time to purchase a house, I will transfer all my money to a CU and try to get a motgage through them as well. Nothing better than being able to walk into the main headquarters when an issue arises.

Get rid of Bank of America fast as you can.

I use Mutual..they're a local bank but they don't have hidden fees or BS. Our joint acct is at Webster, another headache free place.

Can't speak to either of the 2 you mentioned but they must be better than your present situation.

Why not change now, might as well.

I was with Abington Savings for many years till Sovereign took over. Let's just say they and BofA are close in terms of stupidity, they told me b/c I get a paper check versus direct deposit that it isn't good for 5 days. Uh yeah, I don't think the multi-billion dollar company I work for will bounce my measly paycheck.

Mutual had a thing at the time where they matched your first deposit up to $50. Sure, pay me $50 to change over? Plus I really just use that for my play money/ATM.

I use citizens and HSBC. HSBC used to have awesome savings rates, but they have come way down. Still better than most other banks.

Citizens has gone the way of BoA since they got bought out by RBS. Stupid fees for everything. I am thinking of opening a Pawtucket or ocean state credit union acct. My mortgage is with Bank Newport, who I really like, but they aren't convienant enough
