Maybe i will. :spy: i need some more practice before i do anything big. I only sprayed polyurethane on drawer boxes today. Which is actually pretty tricky because its hard to see after the first coat. I dont know much about mixing paints and adjusting the gun for the perfect finish, but today went well and i think im capable of doing a real nice paint job, but its going to take alot of practice before i get there. Tell ya what though, my first time using it came out better than any spray can job i have seen. It helps to have a top of the line spray gun to use.

Alright, sounds like the front bumper for the trail rig would be a good project for you. :D

Yeah... just got back home. Holy hell, that place is a nightmare! Sooo many options, I'm toast. Got to go to Harbor Freight and Home Depot though for some toys though :D

Meh, I like the red, the two tone doesn't do it for me. If you're set on it, you might want to see if you can find someone with a base model with black flares to trade with rather than derp or paint.

The fuel door just started sticking..will only open about halfway. I can push it the rest of the way but don't want to force it or break something.

Any thoughts? No recent hits to the truck at all.

Spray the hinge with wd40 or pb blaster and let it sit for a few minutes. :notsure:

Rust or dirt buildup in the hinge mechanism?

Unlikely, the hinge is just a cheap piece of wire, it bends very, very easily. It's most likely just bent out of alignment.

Had my truck a full recon done today at work. Only cost me a 12 pack for the guy doing it.
