Oh I know this now!!!! lol....this was back when I first moved out.....I know those roads now and also some shortcuts to avoid them during rush hours. I lived in beautiful CF so it would usually go through E Prov and up through seekonk to get home.....I worked down near the water so I wasnt bad going that way.

Crazy traffic there everyday though...............dont miss it.....kinda dread seeing it again if I do move out in the next months. Prov is awesome though....waterfires are the shit.....and its nice with its new progressive laws:cool:

I avoid 128. I've found alternate routes to get from Harvard Sq. all the way to my house without having to get on 128.

^ I know what you mean, I work in beautiful Pawtucket RI. I sneak out through E. Providence and cut 195 to 95 so I skip all of the Providence traffic. That section of 95 can get bad

Ya Pawtucket is where I might end up actually lol....the armpit of RHODY but its got cheap rent and decent areas.....some shitty areas like where I was before buy I know where I might be moving is ok. Right near RT1. Cutting through Seekonk and whatnot to get to 195 is def the better route.....atleast from 4 to 7ish on weekdays.

If you come down from Boston and go right at the split in Braintree towards Randolph, you will be driving on 93 south and 128 north at the same time. And we wonder why people say the roads around here are screwed up!

yup.....I used to live in CF but it was the historic district in a large victorian house. Was actually a quiet neighborhood sorounded by filth. The poorbucket fits my budget well lol..............plus the landlord is a personal friend who is really hooking it up if all goes well. I figure with all the crime and lowlifes around me I'll just be a good lawabiding citizen and not be bothered haha.:) Catch some pawsox games too!

I almost moved to Cumberland, on the edge of Central Falls. I was concerned my car at the time would always be broken into or stolen.

My car was safe and untouched the entire time I lived in CF....like I said.....niceish neighborhood. Had a honda on rims lowered with some nice parts on and in it. Maybe I lucked out though.....Def a good concern though.

Supposedly CF is being turned around and might come out of receivership which pawtucket is headed the other way. If you believe what they say on the news anyway.

well funny you say that....I went visiting my buddy for the 1st time in 2-3 yrs recently and the old neighborhood where I lived has all new buildings and is really cleaner looking now. RIght before I moved it all started and I can really say thay it looks better. Still a long road but it was nice seeing the old hood doing better.:D The new clean CVS and some other nice looking businesses have moved in and the sidwalks arent littered with trash.

There is a stocker side. The hard core side is def not shiny rig friendly. I tried to take a bypass to the top of the first climb and ended up snapping my mirror off on a tree.
