Going riding in a side note did a 7am inner and outer tie rod with the stock jack in my parking lot. Little sketchy but all is good. Had a bad screech too but found a lodged twig in between the rotor and shield. Stock brakes 118k need rotors they have some run out only a few thou but looking thin.

Is anyone going to Lime rock park in CT for the American Le mans Race on Sat? Ill be heading up with about 10 people from work.

 

Always wanted to check that out. Expensive to get in ? I'll check the website

Got my TW license plate frame mounted and adjusted the PIAA's..had to put a washer between the bar and light frame so I could lower them. They were straight out but rising a little instead of dropping..not one high-beam flash last night!

No not really. $80 for the ticket. Garage and paddock area is open to all fans not just those with special tickets like other racing series.There are no grandstands at the track at all. The track is ALL hillside seating, you bring your folding chair, blanket, and cooler. Setup your base area then just walk around the whole track, watching from different areas. I usually set up overlooking the S-curves (turns 2-4).
Head up early saturday if you are going to go. It will get really packed , this is the first race since these cars ran in the 24 hours of Le mans last month and the Nissan Delta wing will be racing ( first time since last year and it has never run at this track) so A LOT of people are going to be wanting to catch a look at that car for sure.

Just googled the delta wing, that thing is pretty cool.

 

Went a few years ago. Lots of fun, some really nice cars.
