So here is a lesson I wasn't aware of and hopefully it helps someone in the future. My agent that I have been with since 92 said I should have filed the claim with his insurance company. If I filed with his I would not be fighting for my deductable, I would have been paid in full. I told her I wasn't aware that was an option and that I filed with mine thinking they pay out and then chace the other company. That is how it was explained to me when the guy T boned my daughter. The insurance company said you dont have collision we cant do anything for you. We had to chace and fight with his company

Yup. I just have to finish with this then see ya bitches. I also commented on the 40.00 labor rate saying no one works at that rate and she said or eluded to the fact that the rate is low cause I am not a shop. The labor rate will go up but it is up to the shop to call and work that out. So if I do the work or take the cash and buy a plate bumper it is 40.00 for the labor rate. I would bet it is the same thought process with the headlight vent. Now I have to take it to a shop to get a supplement for the light and labor rate

Billy, why can't you cancel the claim with your company and file it through his? That's the most retarded logic I've ever heard! I've also never heard about them paying a different rate... usually, you get a quote from a shop then they cut you a check for that amount. What you do with the check is your business, you don't actually have to get the truck repaired with the money.

Billy, that blows. I had something kind of similar with my truck. A girl side swiped me, then she claimed I cut her off to the PO that showed up, which was a lie.

I went through my insurance, the body shop gave me a "courtesy discount" of $500 so I didnt have to pay the deductible. Then after the insurance company fought her insurance company and won, I was given my $500 deductible back. It was a PITA but ultimately my truck was fixed and I put $500 in my pocket.

Good luck getting your insurance to go after theirs.

You'd think they would have told you that in the first place when you went to report it, not a week or so later at least. Jeez..someone needs their little face flushed right down the commode..

How is it that her face is perfectly clean, yet the rest of her is filthy?

Not sure. That pic is from right after we had to swim though a mud pit with mud the consistency of a mike shake, then under a wall that was set about 2ft below the surface of the mud. There were guys with hoses keeping the course muddy and nasty, so maybe she got one of them to spray off her face?

Pic is right off the picture website for the event. I noticed a few people with clean faces. Maybe they just wiped them off immediately after swimming through the mud.

Could also be that the mud level dropped and she was able to keep her face just above the mud.

Swimming under 2' in the mud to go under the wall? I'm having a panic attack right now and I'm sitting in my chair. Holy shit!
