CT but limited. I got a ticket for speeding $95 but doesn't say the speed. Plate number is correct.

 

Just finished with my annual mushrooming. They all showed up this past week. My brother in law and i have been doing this for about ten years now. Have to pick, clean, boil and marinate for a couple days adjusting to taste, then jarring. We usually do about a hundred lbs. which yields about 24 various size jars. Known as the "Hen of the woods" they are actually a fungis which grows at the base of large, old oak trees or where an oak once was. I brought some to the last wheeling trip and i believe Eric tried them. Here's a couple of pic's from this years harvest.

 

What do you use the mushrooms for? Obviously you're eating them but I mean like eating them by themselves, cook into pasta, etc?
