I know, it's a little surprising... I got a ton of e-mails today from guys I play soccer with trying to get me to join their over 30 league! I told them to at least give it a day for it to sink in!

My buddy with the old FJ40 just bought this Porsche. What a beautiful car! Probably a blast to drive.

 

Awesome! My uncle just bought one also. Apparently you can find used 911's pretty cheap, I never knew that.

 

They charge per person, its less though if you there is more than one person per vehicle.

Thats what i was thinking, especially because i am getting a winch and have very little experience with them, but how can you pass up driving a hilux?
Its actually going to be free to me, overlandexperts participated in a silent auction for charity. The family my girlfriend nannys for won the bid. I think it was for 5 guys, and they were nice enough to invite me.

 

Nothing cheap about a 911. Buying it is the least expensive part of the ordeal...

 

Its just a diesel Tacoma. Only difference will be more low end torque.

Thats true. They have one with a solid front axle, i think they have old FJs also.

 

I wouldn't disagree with you there. My uncle is a retired Colonel, he's had a 'fun car' as long as I've known him. In the past he's had an old Aston Healy, S2000, Infiniti G35 and now the 911.

 

Ive been researching and cant seem to find out if these 16" rims, 2012 wrangler JK take offs will fit a 2001 XJ Cherokee sport. Any info or a link to a site would be helpful ? I am trying to set up the wifes Jeep before winter. Will be her last winter driving it.

 

I probably will use my truck, and just drool over theirs
