That's the one I have. It seems pretty difficult to actually fuck up the paint with it, I just haven't had time.

Oh, after our conversation on Friday, the other build is underway :D

That's why you bought the Porter Cable DA versus a regular orbital..you cannot fuck up the paint! I've done my truck a few times with it, plus done some minor scuff repair on mine and on Linda's Rav4.

Last summer I cut paint transfer about 2 feet long off my friend's old Chevy Malibu..you'd never know it happened till you see the tiny ding in the front of the door.

Nope, saying just start off slow if you've never used a buffer of any kind before but don't worry about damaging your paint. The DA has 2 different spins to it so that it isn't in the exact same spot on the paint at any time, which is why you don't run the risk of burning it like you would with a regular orbital with only one spin.

I had the DA running for about 10 minutes mostly on just the passenger front door with my friend's car doing the cut and zero damage. There is a tiny scuff that you have to look for, but it's right next to a crease in the metal. I told her I could try and pull it off but it might catch the paint edge so she said leave it.

Check this out too..really helpful vid

*twists arm*..see I knew you could do it.

Definitely watch that vid and read the tips below on the page, tells you all you need. Just start off slow on the speed and take your time. If you've used any kind of orbital before there's not much different to this.

I tell you what, I'll take one for the team and let you buff my truck first. Just consider it practice for when you do yours. :D

I do need to wax mine before it gets too cold. I wanted to do it this past weekend, but I ran out of time on Sunday. Hopefully this weekend I will get around to it.

Its been decent. Shot a small 6pt(maybe 130 dressed) a few weeks ago with my bow. Been seeing some does, but no real signs of rut activity yet. Have a couple good bucks on camera and hopefully, I am able to catch up with them in the next couple of weeks.

I picked up a new farm that has been frustrating as hell to hunt, woods are super thick and the deer arent moving during daylight hours.

Have you been out at all?

I was gonna take a little break, but saw a small 8 chasing a doe about 11 a.m. today near the school Tim. Headed out about 2pm. Gonna hunt the field in NKingston. It's on but it's a little off. Just took about a dozen shots in the yard to warm up. Fever is on.
