Sure, I'll give your recipe a shot.
Here's mine, if you want it:

4 oz of unsalted butter (you can substitute salted, and lose the salt later in the recipe)
    1 cup of brown sugar
    1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
    1 teaspoon of ground nutmeg
    1/4 teaspoon of ground cloves
    1/8 teaspoon of salt
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

With the butter at room temperature, smash all the ingredients together in a bowl with a potato masher. Using plastic wrap or wax paper, roll it into a log. Refrigerate for later use.

To make the drink, use 2 tablespoons of batter and toss in a mug. Pour about 6oz hot cider (you can use water too, but I prefer cider) on top of the batter and stir until it is completely dissolved, then add a shot of dark rum and stir. Garnish with a cinnamon stick if you want to get all fancy.

Ah, I see. That I can respect more than a non-drinker offering opinions on alcohol.:D

No worries; I happened to have it saved in my email from when I sent the recipe to a friend of mine who wanted it after a day of ice fishing.
I haven't made THAT many of them that I've memorized it, haha!

HA! I hadn't seen that one. Had to wait until I got home because the office has blocked Youtube.

It's something my great grandfather always used to say after he got done showing me how to do something as a kid.
I didn't find out until I was older that he'd just stolen it from The Untouchables.

Here's my recipe. I got it from the owner of my local liquor store. :D

    Mix together:
    1 lb brown sugar
    1 lb powdered sugar
    2 tsp cinnamon
    2 tsp nutmeg

    Add to the mix:
    1 lb butter (softened)
1 qt premium vanilla ice cream (softened)

    Freeze batter

Once frozen, it will have the consistency of thick molasses. In a mug, add approximately 3 tbsp. of mix and 1-2 oz of rum, fill your mug with boiling water and stir.

Man, that's a big recipe. I'll have to put most of it in the deep freeze for the next ice fishing trip, maybe.

I cut the last batch in half, I didn't want a huge vat in the freezer over Christmas (gotta have room for leftovers).

    Nice! Are those studdable?
Meh... leaves a lot to be said. Not a huge whiskey fan. I prefer Irish Whiskey if I'm going to go that route. Southern moonshine is pretty awesome also.
