X3 on anti seize. Though when mine start to get stuck on a good hard heel kick to the tire usually does the job.

Its also a good idea to put anti seize on the inside of the rotor when doing brakes so the don't fuse to the hub

 

It was about 15 degrees when I did it. The stocks were good for that, first time I've had the issue with the aftermarket wheels.

I was alone in the garage....
