You're right, more of a hindrance to forward progress. Coulda been closer to a 20-point.

In my time here I have formed the conclusion that you + water = naked cannonballs. I hope my math is wrong.

Hell, we took the wifes car to get that done after she saw it on the Taco.

Haha, that won't fly, the rear 3 windows are already tinted, I want the front 2 windows tinted. That is true though, that was one great thing about the Tacoma with a cap on the back. Joseph never got sun in his eyes since the side windows were tinted and the back had the shell.

Denis, enjoy your time with him and get him settled :)....I would almost guarantee "Proud Dad" will be visiting again ;)....

You know Connie and I are HAPPY for both of you......It is NICE when these "experiences" go positive and we get to share that :D...

That will give time for "exploring" on my part for that "ride" east to west as this is a 1/2 way point http://www.nps.gov/bicy/index.htm

Yup, if I had my garage and space heaters it would still suck. Only wiring I'll consider now is the stereo..and yeah you got a nice setup there!

Ding ding ding we have a winner!!

Hopefully the rigid duallys are decent. Couldn't swing the d2s, but honestly anything has to be better than the cloudy stock headlights.

Anyone used one of those headlight restoration kits? I've had one sitting around for like 2 years just haven't done it yet. They worth it, or should I just get new housings

I bet you could price out some really good housings... Gotta be a robust aftermarket for those in a 1st Gen.

If you already have the kit, it's definitely worth a shot. Depending on how bad your lights are, those kits can bring them back to life. If they're really gouged up, you can wet sand them with various grits to get them back to polished.

Shrug. They work ok, but you have to redo them every couple of years or they haze up again. And they're rarely as clear as a brand new set would be. I know that you can buy a new set on Amazon for something like $30 each if you've got Amazon Prime.
