Hence my stone patio suggestion. No grass, no hassle. Sweep her off in the spring and call it good!

I could just pave it :anonymous:

By the way, I already have the 'no grass' thing covered, that's mostly the problem.

I still say that's too purdy bill. You're going to have to roll your truck over every so often to show that sucker off. :D

    Nice!

This is my first spring in my first house, so I'm trying hard to figure out what my yard needs. So far I've put down 350 lbs of lime to try and kill the moss, de-thatched the whole yard and put down a full bag of sun and shade grass seed. Put down some matching starter fertilizer and I'm going to see where I'm at.

The previous owner left their lawn tractor for me (a Sabre), so I've been trying to figure out what works best for this yard. I'm not super impressed with it, but it does the job. I'm going to rip into the motor a little bit to make sure there's nothing living in there. My Mom has a few years old now John Deere that I'm working with at her house that I like MUCH more. She has the mulcher kit while I've got a bagger. We ended up splitting the cost of a lawn sweeper, so I'm thinking I'm going to be mulching my yard in the future and when it's too thick and clumpy, I'll just use the sweeper.

My Mom's always had good luck with the Scotts Plus 1 / Plus 2 system until it burns out in the summer. I think I'm going to try out the 4 step program they have next year and see what happens.

I'm lucky though because I've got a full irrigation system and a well. The previous owners were super into gardening and stuff, so I've got a pretty ridiculous landscape design thing here, so I'm hoping I can get the rest of the yard up to snuff so to say.
    Looking good Billy!

Getting excited for this weekend...the goal is to get the ARB on. The ARB lights, IPF and Philips LED DRL kit will be another day...but my goal is to get the actual bumper installed on Saturday.

The contractor I hired is almost done repairing my garage. My rotted sill turned into significant termite damage, so that's all fixed and I've got an appointment for Tuesday to have the house treated. So much for budgets, but the house is the investment, right? (grumbles)

I paided $125 from cbi offroad to powdercoat my bumper .
As for local places I would think you could get it done around the same price. Check with the guys on ENH . I'm sure somebody can recommend a shop.

That piece does not look new...
Why are you replacing your current unit? Rust? Or hammer damage?

First full week of commuting with the summer Dunlops back on the truck and I'm back up over 20mpg!:yay:

On the other hand, truck is back to looking like the one that the 65year old man up the hill from me owns. :rain:

It's stainless, and it has less restriction than the stock y-pipe for my truck
    a9uravuh_5a38a860b8038612ab404eafc46b33f822a93e29.jpg

So instead of crossing over right behind the crossmember, making the pipe vulnerable to being smushed, this Doug Thorley y-pipe routes a full (actually round) piece of pipe behind the t-case, so it's not directly in the line of fire
