Perhaps she wears the big shoes that the ladies wear nowadays and that causes increased wear on the brakes? LMAO

I'd have to agree, it seems hit or miss. My Chevy was on the original fronts at 80k..and thank God b/c from what I've read that brake job is a bitch. The backs didn't even get to 50K though.

There's enough trees in vt, I bet you could just winch over everything instead of using a locker

    Those Skyway or GT mags?

I love the pegs high up on the front fork.

    Neither..some no-name brand, and they don't even match. I have a set for it..think they're the old ACS Z-Mags.

Ah, I just realized the mags do differ. My elementary school friend's GT Pro Performer (that the ... GAVE AWAY) had the angled mags. I had a Dyno VFR that I had white mags on...it was pretty awesome.

Then I used those mags on my cousin's Hutch Trickstar (which I think I talked about before) and got a set of basic spoked wheels for the Dyno. By then I had my Haro, so the Dyno got neglected unfortunately.

I should drag the bikes over from my Mom's house...even if I probably won't ride them again. I was awful then, I'm sure I'm not going to be any better now.

At first glance the rear looks like the old school Peregrines.

Can you kill your friend for giving it away? Haha..I relate, I had a Diamond Back Strike Zone (Mike Dominguez) and I sold it cheap when I moved in 98. Hate myself.

You definitely should drag them over. I'd kill just to ride that Trick Star!

Unfortunately the Hutch belonged to my cousin whom passed away in 2011 at 41. I don't know if his parents still have it or if they tossed it. I didn't want to say anything about it as it's memories.

It was a fun riding bike though, it was back heavy so it would always land on the back wheel. I don't remember too much about it honestly. I just remember riding it around Bridgewater State circa 1997 and people commenting on it (he grew up in Bridgewater as well).

I haven't even seen my Haro in probably 5 years...they're in my Mom's crawl space. I worry if I bring them over the fiancee will be like "why are you wasting garage space, blah, blah..."
