It's a shame. One of my favorite actors/comedians.

 

This,I stopped eating all the shit at night,run 2 miles on the treadmill 3-4 times a week and do some light weights(10 - 15 lbs.) and have been losing 1 - 1 1/2 lbs. a week,went from 218 to 199 as of last Friday.
Try to avoid the temptation of all the junk food you love,that's the hard part,but after a little while it will get easier.

If you absolutely must on occasion, make it something good. I used to walk down to the store at work and buy 2 candy bars and eat out of boredom.

Should the stomach need a little extra fuel now, bowl of Cheerios. At least it's good for you.

Finally got the gate hung for the new front porch this weekend. Took a picture but never got around to uploading it until now.

 

Had a plain turkey sandwich for lunch around noon. Wanted a snack around 3. Ate Cheerios. Remembered how much I hate Cheerios. Finished 140 calorie serving of Cheerios. Now chewing gum because I'm going crazy not snacking

What kind of camping you looking for? Backpacking, canoe/kayak, car camping etc...?

 

Cut my caloric intake down to 1,500 for today including a snack.

I'm using one of the calorie counting apps that also helps you set a goal, as well as counting all the individual items I eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. I have a max of 1730 calories per day. If I stick to that limit, at my normal activity level, it estimates I'll drop 10lbs by September 16th.

With the app I can also track my exercise which will add to my loss. It also tracks my actual weight to average out my loss.
