Didn't even know they offered a v8 in the reg cab short bed, let alone with a trd package. Then again the new trd tundra don't even have a rear locker, just atrac.

 

I'd LOVE a 5.7 reg cab short bed 2WD. Lower it and make it a sleeper of sorts

 

The dealer said no such thing existed, I told them to check and to their surprise it did

 

I'll try to see if I can find one when I move and get my new job

 

Everytime I go to a dealership, I feel like I have to educate the salesman on the vehicle he's trying to sell me.

funny thing is they all drooled over it, and often have some type of reg cab in stock now

 

They're pretty quick. I know someone with a 5.7 reg cab Tundra. Not sure if it has a package option though.

 

A supercharged 5.7 tho....

 

I know lost dreams. On a positive note I'm back driving stick

 

It sucks that one day the manual gearbox could be a thing of the past.

 

I really dread the day manuals go bye bye

 

It'll all be auto or those flappy paddle things.

My friend stopped by with his freshly painted 72 nova, not sure on the exact engine specs, its a built big block chevy 460something cubic inches , built th400 tranny, ford 9" posi w/ 4.56 gears, 6 point cage, fuel cell, etc...im very jealous haha
