Just repetitive motion, I play darts every day and the first time I was in 2 leagues plus playing a blind draw every Saturday, plus playing 2 hrs a day at home.

The second was moving heavy furniture up a ladder..felt my shoulder give out halfway up and the numbness in my fingers but had to finish or I would have fallen down the ladder with the chest of drawers on top of me.

But you can't be up front as concerts anymore, don't drink, special diet...

I was thinking you partied too much when you were younger.

Oh that is definitely true, no doubt. 4 of 7 days (or more) I would drink nearly a case in my 20's, plus eat a bar pizza and app for dinner. Always been a big soda drinker, 2 big bottles a day.

The show thing, I just want to demolish people if they get too stupid. Did it quite a bit in my 20's as well in pits but I had nothing to lose then.

Having bad knees, high cholesterol, and borderline for high blood pressure/sugar was stuff I never cared about till I turned 40, then decided it might be time to address it.

I've done similar things, but I mostly stopped when I hit 30. I cheat once in a while though.

I stopped drinking at 28, still kept up the other bad habits. Once in a while is one thing but not every day all day. Carrying 70 extra pounds on bad knees is a bad idea.

I think my beer and coffee consumption went up when I stopped drinking soda. I can't really drink most sodas now. I still need to drink more water.

Never been a coffee drinker. Propel Zero is some good stuff, no calories plus lots of vitamins. That, Powerade Zero, and water is what I live on. Other than my supplement shakes, no calories from liquid

I hope she's got strong thumbs; I think the manual safety on mine has a heavier resistance than the trigger does.

Other than that possible obstacle, though, they're great little guns. Never had any problems with mine. Maybe take her to the gun shop and have her see if the safety's too stiff for her liking?

good to know, i didn't notice that when i fondled one. to be honest i'd rather her have a shield, but she's made it clear she wants a mouse gun. i'll take her to my buddies shop and have her hold both.

Not necessarily. A lot of people believe the only safety a gun should have is the trigger. If the safety is hard to reach or cycle and you have to change your grip to use a second hand to operate it, that's not ideal.

not always, if you cant disengage with the swipe of a thumb its too stiff for self defense.

To an extent, yes. The one on my gun is excessively stiff, though. When I first bought it I spent an afternoon just working the safety back and forth to loosen it up.

Mine's a couple of years old, so they may have adjusted it by now. But the safety on my Shield probably takes about 1/3rd as much effort as the one on my Bodyguard.

Billy's got a BG too, if I remember correctly. We should ask him if (EDIT- THE SAFETY ON) his is stiff too.
