It WAS delicious!
And it was all home-raised, too. The eggs were from my chickens, the porterhouse came from one of my parent's Highland Cattle they slaughtered this fall, and the potatoes for the home fries came from my front yard.

Just busy, trying to get shit done at work so I don't have to come in tomorrow even though its a day off for us

 

Yup..late night of lifting Mr Hyde style and watching football..

 

Nah. I have tomorrow off even though the office is open, so I'm trying to get ahead of the curve so I don't have a massive backlog when I come back on Monday.

 

Just bought up a set of cvj axles. Merry Christmas to me

Nope, cvj takes oem axles and rebuilds.them. these have high angle cv boots so the fins won't rub against each other.

I don't think my truck has enough power to justify rcv axles. Plus, I'd rather the cv be the weak Linn than something in the front diff

 

You're talking to someone who finagled their transmission to be the weak link in the driveline

 

And fine-tuned the entire suspension using a BFH.

 

Can't fault him for that, there were times I was about ready to do the same thing because everything rusted to shit!

 

Nothing on his truck is rusted; it all breaks and gets replaced before it has a chance to rust.

Nice Fred. I had the same truck in white after having the previous style king cab with the 5.4 triton for a work truck. I was actually surprised by the 6cyl in the stx, was decent paired with the 6spd auto.

This ridgelines are junk. One of our subs had them on a project I was on a few years ago. They were constantly I the shop with some problem or another. It didn't help the "good" access roads were like 8"+ trap rock that would cut the tires of heavy equipment, but still. They are not made for anything other than pavement.

I agree, love those wheels. Wish mine had them.

 

There's a real easy remedy to that, it involves a Jack, 4 cinder blocks, and finding out where Fred will be on a given day...
