The sun is fucking hot, but its currently -67* outside. I'm going 425mph lol. Sad part is, I'm not even half way there yet. 1,628 miles to go, and I've gone 981

That'd be some serious windchill, then. You should pull up stories about airline crashes on your phone and start reading them and see if you can freak out the person sitting next to you.
Or maybe casually slip into the conversation that you're most likely to crash during the 8 minutes before you land, or that 60% of the tray tables test positive for MRSA.
Or maybe that if you're sitting more than 5 rows away from an emergency exit you'll be screwed if you do crash, since you've only got (on average) 90 seconds to escape a burning plane.

What model plane are you flying on? 737?

First off, I'd like to start off by saying- Fuck you, Noel. :brianr:
Now that that's out of the way, I was trying to watch Cast Away, but apparently the in-flight wifi doesn't allow netflix streaming :(

I am two rows back from the double emergency exits over the wings.

I'm sitting at the window, and there is no one in the middle seat. I'm using both tray tables like an American.

I'm on a B737 right now. Not sure what I'm on from LA->PHX

    Lol.
I downloaded a bunch of Car Talk episodes when we went to Seattle this past fall, and I brought a book. I blew through the entire book on the trip West, and ran out of Car Talk episodes with about 3 hours of flying time left on the trip back. Thought I was going to go nuts by the time we finally landed in Portland.

I'm just trolling facebook and a shit ton of forums at this point. Getting kinda stir crazy.

My step mom is giving me the Amazon prime password so I can download movies and shows and stuff.

What sucks is I rented a movie I wanted to see (The Sex Tape) and it won't download up here, even in SD. I'll have to hope LAX has free wifi so I can download the movie to my tablet.

At least I have noobs to degrade on facebook pages

The Off Road does look a lot better than the limited. Still not a fan of the front end but at least the new Off Road could grow on me a bit. Still looks like it has a fat lip.

Lol. 2016's are going to come standard with a Go Pro mount.

Also, 3.5L Direct injection V6 (much more interesting)

    Le sad face. No diesel
That is an impressive power output. So this is the end of the good old 1GR-FE :pout: :(

I like the look of the new TRD Offroad. The front takes so getting used to, but the rest looks good to me.

Not sure why everyone has such a hardon for diesel. Just accept the fact it ain't going to happen, especially with CARB standards. Plus, they are generally more expensive to fix, maintain, etc...

What good is a half million mile motor in a truck with a 200k mile frame IF YOU ARE LUCKY? THAT CAN ONLY TOW 6500LBS no matter how much torque it has? WTF is the diesel love all about?

    Much confused.

A lot of people on the forum think a diesel is god's gift to mid-size trucks. They want full size towing power, infinite mpgs, infinite torque all stuffed into the engine bay of a taco.

The front might grow on me, but those taillights, not so much.
