Payin' with Lovin' could have been made a LOT more interesting. Of course, considering how most of the people who go to McD's look, it's probably for the best that they went with this route.

Only issue is they don't specify who to call. They just say "call someone you love and tell them you love them", BUT that could be quite entertaining!

I got to pull a woefully unprepared "man" out of the Burger King parking lot off RT9 tonight...I'm driving home from work and I see this guy standing in the snowbank at the closed BK waving his arms like he's putting out a fire...He's wearing leather loafers, euro black pants and a powder blue sweater...
I pull over and say "What's Up?"
He says he is stuck and begs me if I can please do something to help him out he's been stuck there for 1/2 an hour...No gloves, shovel, ice scraper, boots, hat...Nothing..He pulled in the BK to eat and all that was plowed was a single dead end lane to a snowbank in the middle of the lot...
He had driven his acura front wheel drive something or other sporty with directional tires straight into the snow and he was toast..
I hooked up the straps to his rear tie down...4 Low and pulled him 300ft back out the exit onto the road...While doing this another "Gotta have my BK now even though it's clear the place is closed" car pulls in and I tell him he'd better back straight out his tire tracks...and I directed him to 5 different better places to seek out food within 1/4 mile of the BK...Harry's Seafood is RIGHT there for god's sake...
Anywho Love using my toys :)

I love my new truck but miss my Tacoma
That's cool, nice that you were there to help him out. Last night at around 6:30 I was driving to my mother in-laws house to help her and I saw a Venza that couldn't make the downhill turn and ended up going into the median. I pull up and ask her if she was alright and she said yes. She called AAA and they were coming. I asked OK how long did they tell you and she said "about 8:30". Now I know that in the middle of a snowstorm that there is no way in hell that AAA is showing up on time and she was already told that she was going to have to wait 2 hours, so I back up my truck and get out to help her.
I could tell she was a little afraid of me but I just talked to her from a few feet away as she sat in her car. I took a look around and could not believe that she could not drive out of it so I asked her to try again but nothing was spinning on the passenger side where I was standing. I had her try the two foot technique. At first she must have been stomping down on the brake cause nothing was moving so I instructed her to keep letting up on the pedal until she started to move. Once she did that she started to pull and slide out. The second that she felt the car slide she STOPPED right away. I was nice and told her she was OK but she really needed to learn how to drive in the snow because I could tell how timid she was. Well needless to say after back and forth one time she was out of the situation and it was in less than one minute and she did it all herself. She thanked me and drive off right away.
I all I could think of is man we have to share the roads with people like this!

I've got a dollar that says she'd never heard of the 2 foot technique before.

The local municipalities must have blown through a large portion of their snow budget with these last couple of storms and are getting nervous. The only roads plowed in my town last night were the state routes; none of the secondary or side roads had even been touched yet.

I read about that cartridge, it's meant to put a hole in an engine block. I would love to shoot either that or the .458 Socom, would hate to have to buy ammo for either though.
