So it's on 5/3? I don't see any reason why I shouldn't be able to make it. Gives me an excuse to clean up the outside of the truck.

Wish I had some time to get the lift on between now and then, but unfortunately, that's unlikely.

Have you ever ridden one? They take some getting used to.

Not sure if I should be excited about this or not. Love the original trilogy; can't stand the second trilogy.
But I'm finding myself eagerly awaiting it nonetheless...

Zero fucks given. It's Star Wars. I've been a lifelong junkie since seeing Episode IV in the theater at age 3.5

Did I see someone from here tonight on route 106 in Halifax, around 7:30ish? Dark grey with Raptor style grille?

Unfortunately, this is the year the motorcycle finds a new home. I'm taking it to a shop this weekend for a tune up, then it's going up for sale. Its a 2002 Katana 750 with a bunch of goodies, really low miles and in great shape. If you guys know anyone looking for a great sport tourer, let me know! I'll happily pay a finders fee of a case of your favorite frosty beverage if they come buy it.

The decision was made a while ago, it was even listed last year but I listed it high. That way, if someone did buy it, at least I'd make some decent money off it. This year, it just needs to go. I bought the camper so the bike will offset that purchase. I will look to pick up a cheap dual sport bike or, if we end up moving somewhere more rural, Kendra said I can pick up an ATV :D
Realistically, I'd like $2,500 for it. I'll list it on craigslist for $3k. I can give you the full run down of parts and extras if you know someone who's looking. It's not a bone stock bike, I added some quality parts to make it a much nicer ride (and still have most all the stock parts if someone wants to put it back to stock). I do have some gear that could be negotiated as well like a practically new helmet, magnetic tank bag, gloves and jacket. I wouldn't automatically throw all of it into the $2,500 price but I'd unload all that stuff really cheap if someone bought the bike and it fit them.

    Morning, Bitches!!

Haha, I've been a fan since my parents let me watch the first one when I was probably 5 or 6. But I loved the first trilogy so much that episodes 1-3 were a big disappointment. I enjoyed the storylines but couldn't get past so much terrible acting. :notsure:
But, I AM excited for episode VII. I've got my fingers crossed for a winner.

I'll keep an ear out for anyone looking for a bike. If I hadn't just bought that truck (and decided to make it an even bigger money pit by doing a slow restore on it) I might have been interested. I always liked the Katanas. BUT, I'll let some folks know you've got it for sale and tell them to tell their friends.

Morning all. I'll probably wait till the new star wars comes out on dvd. I'll definitely see it though. Trailer looks ok. Not going to lie, pretty pumped for Jurassic World. Jurassic Park is a personal favorite of mine.

I'm excited for that one too! And the new Avengers movie! And the new Bond film comes out this year! :goingcrazy:
Hasn't been a batch of movies in a single year that I've been this excited about in a long time, actually.

My one reservation about Jurassic World is the 'trained raptors' thing. Not sure how I feel about that. If they can pull it off, it might be awesome. But I'm worried that it'll just be cheesy.

Thanks, Noel! If you want the spec list, let me know. She's in great shape, especially considering it's 13 years old. It'll be coming off a fresh tune up also, having a professional go through it, clean the carbs and getting it running strong before listing it for sale.

Wait... you're excited for the new Star Wars movie but worried that Jurrassic Park might be cheesy??

Never got into Star Wars, not even remotely excited there's another one out, still haven't seen all the original ones or any of the recent ones. :crapstorm:

Didn't realize they had trained raptors. I've only seen the one trailer that was on during the super bowl

As I mentioned yesterday, I'm worried that the new Star Wars might be bad too. But seeing a spot with trained raptors made me concerned that Jurassic World might have some cheese too. Like I said, if it's done well it might be awesome. But if it's done poorly... :bananadead:

Yeah, I hadn't realized that until I saw a full trailer last week.
