Well, the truck didn't get a bath...

Took out 6 large yews from around the house, planted by the last owner (had the house built) in 52. I figure it's time to update the plantings. Then a neighbor offered me to take the bottom of a large tree that was dropped by the power company tree trimming crew. 3' diameter for about 10'. Too tired to do anything else...

I though I might get started on working on the quad with my daughter but I can't seem to get her to unplug from the iPad. So it sits for now...

I like the top mount, Billy.

Have you thought about adding some carpet to the wood to prevent scratching?

Heard a young woman by the name of Shannon Fox who was a rock bouncer off road racer lost her life yesterday in an accident. Her buggy rolled and she wasn't strapped in, snapping her neck :(

The beast roared to life. Took it to the gas station. Need to get a front plate and inspection for this monster. 714ca2e9c18edeac7c35464970f26556_5e952301f30fe07b0f7480c083b0f535deffea95.jpg

Man, seeing the old trucks...brings a tear to my eye lol.

How about swapping in an LS400 V8 for our reading entertainment. Make your dump runs that much quicker.

I've seen plenty of swaps in 1st gens for LS1s. But I've never seen a pickup LS swap. I'll second the above for a weird swap of some sort.

Supercharged 5.7? Might require a LITTLE cutting though.

Just ordered Rachel a new battery for her phone. She got 1.5 years out of her original Galaxy S3 battery so thats not bad considering they have a reputation for being not very good. A lot of counterfeit batteries out there too.

Not going to lie it feels faster than my taco. Plus the 22re will run until the truck rusts around it our the timing chain eats though the water pump cover

Yeah got to be careful what you get. Those counterfeit batteries could potentially be grenades. A lot of Androids are going the way of the iPhone with non-removable batteries these days.
