Have fun man. Wish I can get over there again.
I never minded night flights to Europe.
Eat, drink, eat, drink again, watch a crummy movie, take a snooze, and land at daybreak, Euro time and GTG.

Daytime flights coming back. Totally sucked with massive jetlag.
I always brought back my 2 bottles of Euro booze. Stuff you couldn't find here.

My problem with long flights like that is just that I can't sit still for that long. Our flight to Seattle last September was hard enough, and I only had to be stationary for about 5 hours

Started a thread but I'll ask here as well, can anyone recommend a good mechanic in MA in or around the south shore area (Hingham) looking to have a good once over given to my truck and have any preventative maintenance done as it is getting a little older.

Also can anyone recommend a good dealership as I want to have my truck looked at for the rusted frame recall, closest one to me is in Braintree.

My co-worker takes his Tacoma to Tufakjian in Braintree and I wouldn't go there. The work they performed didn't seem to be very good at all and the prices he paid for various work absolutely floored me. I used to go to Prime on Rt. 1 in Dedham and got decent service and pricing. I haven't been there in years though so I'm not sure how they're doing now.

Thanks, not looking to get work done at the dealership, just looking to get the frame checked out as part of the recall. Looking for an independent shop for getting work done.

Thanks, I think it's going to be sweet. I'm just jealous of my wife, whenever she flies internationally she flies first class. I didn't have enough miles to fly 1st class so I'm stuck in the back with all the plebes

I think being short and skinny really helps on long flights. I've got my kindle loaded up with a bunch of books, got a shitload of work I brought along so I'm good to go.

Rob, do you guys get caps in on totaled trucks? I'm on the hunt for one for my truck and it just occurred to me to ask if you guys get them.

    Welcome!

Bruce's Auto in Hanover, right on 123..used him for a long time and one of his mechanics is a friend of my family.

Are you a native Hinghamite? I grew up there..

Thinking if putting my truck up for sale within the next year or so. I honestly drive it maybe once a week on a random errand around town. If it sold we could also use the money for a down payment on a house. Its a 09 single cab, with 57k, mechanically its great, but as a lot of you have seen i have plenty of pinstripes from the trail, some dents, and last year i welded on a ridiculously loud magnaflow muffler. Kbb says 12-12.5k for fair-good, but figured id see what you guys thought would be a reasonable listing price.
