Morning. Hot as balls up here, hope it's a little better down there

 

Frig no hot as hell and my wife keeps telling me I'm being an ass. I fucking HATE the heat!

 

It was forecasted to be 100 yesterday but only made it to 96. Today is supported to be in the low 90s. F - me

 

Supposed to be like 95deg here today. Went to take the trash out at 6 this morning and it was already probably in the 80's and frickin humid. Most of the time I hate being an office shlub, but days like today are the exception

 

Yeah, until you walk out that office door at the end of the day and you walk into that wall of hot & humid. That sucks.

 

But at least you're not out in it all day

 

True, but when I was out in it all day I was able to handle it better. When I was working building construction I didn't notice it nearly as much, just drank a crapton of water all day. Now that I'm in an office all week it kills me on the weekends when I'm working outside and it's hot and muggy like this. I was working in the garage on Saturday and I must have burned through two gallons of water and I was still overheating.

 

took the bike out for 2 hours trying to run it out of gas and try to clear up the FI light that came on. worst idea evurrr

 

At least I'm not the only one bitching about this heat.

 

Hey just think, in a mere 18 more weeks we will all be eating turkey and complaining about having to get the snowblowers out of hibernation!

 

Speak for yourself; I'll just take 10 minutes and put the plow on the truck.
Seriously, though, I'm looking forward to cooler weather. I'll take 0 over 100 any day. Once I get the garden put away in the freezer/pantry, I'm ready for snow any time.

I will keep my humidity and heat to be in the SUN for 12 months a year ........My electric bill for the entire year with AC's cranking does not ad up to 2 months heating bills....

 

I don't mind the heat.

 

No problem with the heat for me - spending a couple of weeks out in North Chatham...

 

I'm not saying to bring on the winter. I'm just saying I should have spent 2 hours on ghee beach instead of on a machine that was running at 190 degrees

 

Sounds right to me, all you fuckers who want the snow can fix my roof and ceiling! Bitches..

 

And what is the FI light?

 

Fuel injector. It's sputtering and is very abrupt on and off throttle. Should bought a honda hehe

 

Anyone have their clock spring go faulty? While turning in a parking lot today my airbag light came on, and stayed on. I'm thinking the worst.
