    Driving to Old Town tonight to pick up a pellet stove. Part of the weekend likely will be spent cleaning it out & regreasing bearings. I've reconditioned pellet stoves before, and it's amazing how many people will sell one because one of the fans is making noise and they think it's a bearing going bad when really it just hasn't been torn down and vacuumed out in the five years they've had it. Or how many people will blow out a $200 auger motor rather than take 5 minutes to pop the back cover off and grease it.

    And I've also got to pull the timing cover on my '84 because it's progressed from weeping oil to actively marking its territory wherever I park it. I've been keeping an eye on it because it's been weeping since I bought the truck, but for a work truck it wasn't worth the effort to me to pull the harmonic balancer, the timing cover, drop the oil pan, and reseal everything when it wasn't leaving spots on the ground. But now it is, and it's annoying me, so that's on the list.
    Plus I've got some firewood to split and stack, around 2 cord.

    Well Sophia turned 1 today. Tomorrow is her birthday party so lots of people coming over. Big cookout/party with friends/family. We even rented a bounce/water slide. Kinda cool
