I did too. Actually any of those cars could have been cool. Below are what I always wanted to do those cars

The Pinto into a street legal dragster

Maverick as a street mod with a 302 (in red)

Corolla with a newer corolla 3TG twin cam motor (in medium metallic blue from the 86 Camaro but without those stupid mirrors)

VW I had in High school, truck I got right before college, I loved it! Drove it all 4 years with 1 summer without it. My mod bug started with this truck! I ended up lifting it with a 3in body lift put, 32in tires on it, and my dad brought it to work one night and painted it the coolest color green I had ever seen. My Senior year in college right before graduation I sold it to my neighbor an he turned around and drove it down to Guadamala, lol! Ran in to him a few years later and he told me the truck was amazing and made the trip back and forth twice with no issues. :D

Yes sir, an 85. Bought it for $450 bucks from a guy that owned an Ice ream shop. Had hail damage and was in an accident prior to me buying it so both bumpers were slightly askew and one door was crushed in a bit and didn't open. But it drove great and I wasn't worried in the least about messing it up!:D

My first car was a 67 Cougar (not the one below) - painted the same color as my Falcon. I worked after school at a gas station (back in the day when they were still ull service) and had an unlimited supply of marginal tires to burn off.

I thought the sequantial turn signals were the cat's ass...

There's a guy on CL wanting to trade his 91 Xtracab for a set of 5x114.3 wheels or 1,800. The wheels I just pulled off my STi are the right size. Must...resist...urge...cannot...go...back...something...something...divorce.

    (sigh)
