Morning. Who else didn't shovel/ snowblow yesterday? Not this guy... Woke up to go to the gym and my driveway is an ice rink. Not great when its steep as shit to begin with. But 4wd and hammering down worked nicely.

So far I've been pretty impressed with the new bfgs. Haven't had a chance to test out the wife's cooper at/w's yet. After getting hit yesterday I figured the odds of getting hit 2x in a day were low so we took the fj for errands.

I had about 1" or so of sleet/ice. But... Seeing that I spent a bit of time this summer building a plow mount for the quad I picked up last spring, I cleaned the driveway anyway. Then I hit 2 neighbors driveways too. It was SLICK - I was spinning it around in circles with the front hubs engaged. Definitely overkill for a driveway that's about 3 1/2 car lengths long

We got maybe 3" of snow before it turned to sleet and froze over. Hopefully some of it melts today, when I stumbled out to my truck at 0515 this morning I just about ate it walking out of my garage

I didn't clear my driveway yesterday because I thought it was going to warm up a bit more than it did. This morning it was slick as hell as the 2 inches of slop froze over

the wifey told me to plow when there was only slop in the driveway yesterday. I did and I am glad I did now.

My snowblower didn't feel like working yesterday . I think it needs a new drive belt or needs to be adjusted . It wouldn't move on its own.

4 or 5 inches of heavy wet crap in Henniker NH. Spent 2 hours getting the stupid snowblower to run, then another 3 hours to clear the driveway.

    Lol.
We're the opposite here. I plowed yesterday, and this morning there was another two inches on the ground. Just enough for me to bother doing it again. Should have just waited, but we had 5-6 on the ground yesterday and I said "fuck it" :notsure:

But, at least it doesn't take long. Took me less than 10 minutes to hook the plow up and it only takes about 15 minutes to clear the driveway and the back yard.

I did the same, nothing yesterday just a solid block right now. I just spread salt all over it and hopefully by tomorrow I'll be able to do something about it.

Damn straight, it's the American way. Then when it doesn't start I'll post something on Facebook fishing for condolences to make myself feel whole inside.

Or they got them tuned up in October and then they sat for 3 months and now they won't start, lol. That's my neighbor. Ended up plowing his driveway last night because he was out there yanking on the pullcord until I thought he was going to have a heart attack.
