    In 1978 they changed from 14-16 games. Before 78 they played anywhere from 12-14 game season (changed a few times). And other than strikes and adding the bye week not much has changed.

    No fuel no fire... I really am a Pats fan BUT I love the history of both the NFL & MLB so maybe do go overboard sometimes.

    Sorry to change the subject, but anyone know if having a lift would complicate the replacement of the needle bearing? I was under the assumption that it was kinda routine for these guys. Toyota has had the truck an awful long time compared to what they told me they'd have it for. Going on the better of 2 days now.

    No it shouldn't. See if Kevin is still the service manager over there and talk to him about why it is taking so long. Might be that the Tech they gave it to has never done one before but it still should not take that long.

    They dropped the tool to pull the bearing into the differential and are in the process of cracking the case open to fish it out. :rimshot:
