Thanks. I've been down here 18 years. Not the same as it used to be. Jupiter is really nice. Born in Manhattan, lived in Upstate NY (Catskill Mtns) most of my life. I still miss it.

Morning all. Great weekend, I spent both days outside fucking with the Jeep and the yard. Can't wait till spring. Went to see Finest Hours last night and highly recommend seeing it. I went with the bride but will try and go again with some of the guys I served with

    Happy Monday morning, faces.
Warm out this weekend but back into the freezer for the next few days. Stupid El Nino is really annoying me this winter. The ground can't make up its mind to freeze or thaw, so all of the roads around here are heaving like a kid at 3AM on his 21st birthday.

Taking the truck in Wednesday to see if the rust is bad enough to get a new frame... It's bad enough that if they don't take it... Time to trade in I think. It's a time bomb...

If you can poke a hole through the frame with a screwdriver then it's no good

Yeah, if the frame's bad they probably won't let you drive it home for liability reasons. My dealership let me take my '99 when they put a hammer through the frame because they didn't think it was still eligible for the recall. Then they called me later that afternoon, all frantic & wanting me to bring it back, lol. It was during the summer so I just rode my motorcycle until I got the check from Toyota, but if it'd been this time of year I'd totally have demanded a loaner when I dropped it off.
