New England B.S. Thread

Did it last year, not too bad. Fly out wed Wed night, get there Thursday morning. Be a tourist Thursday-Monday morning, fly back monday afternon. Generally around a 10-13 hour flight in total.

 

It's doable. Especially since going there it's an over night flight most likely, and on the way back it's a day flight. Only killer part to it all if getting back on track with the time change. At least that's how it all is for me when I go to Portugal.

 

Flying with points is usually more due to stops. When I went last year I had a stop in Paris for like 10 hours, then overnighted in Vienna. That was using my American points. Delta has more fights with only 1 stop using points, so like 10-12 hours normally

 

If you happen to come across this stuff from Austria,bring back a bottle and say thanks later,lol.

 

Just booked my flight. $58 in taxes/fees. Can't really argue with that....

I am jealous of the wife. Whenever she flies international she flies first class, I have to use the cheap seats. On the other hand she is preggo, I don't wish long international fights in shitty seats on anyone who's got a little alien inside them

Yeah OK. No point in quoting all of you who are asking the same question.

Yes there is more to the story. 1st off the guy is well known to us as he had worked there twice before. He was once in prison for 5 years for *get this* shooting his wife in face because she made him a bologna sandwich (true story).
The police were called and the guy was arrested for disorderly conduct. Once they found out that he didn't point the gun at us they said there were not going to be any other charges. I didn't think about it at the time (I think I was in shock) but why isn't a convinced felon walking into a public place waving a gun and threatening to harm people given some sort of gun charges? BTW the police did confirm the shooting the wife story.
The police have asked for the security video so hopefully there will be more charges coming. Anyways I'm safe until Monday at least.

this is MA not Texas lol. Unless he has a valid LTC he most certainly is getting possession charges. By not charging him with anything else they mean no assault with a firearm.
