Higher obviously but not too much. You have to basically order in bulk, or shares. I got like 10 lbs out misc meat for ~$80. 3lbs ground beef, 1 lb ground lamb, 2 lbs sausages, 3 lbs lamb steaks, 2 lbs of beef roast.

Not terrible, but literally 2 days after I did the install, I got a coupon from a local dealership to machine the rotors and new pads for $180. If only I had been lazy and put it off another week! I do feel better about doing my own brakes though, I know they were done right, I completely flush the old fluid and check everything else out while I'm in there.

 

And now we paint.

Pork chops over charcoal for this guy tonight. Had them brining since I took them out of the freezer last night.

 

Nice! I'm terrible at cooking chops, I always tend to get them a little over done. I'm getting better though, I've resorted to using a skillet. Chops with some apple butter, mmmmm.

 

It's easy on my charcoal grill because it's got an adjustable pan. Get the coals good and hot and close to the bars. Sear both sides for 30-40 seconds and then drop the charcoal all the way down and shut the air off. That slows the cook down enough that you can keep an eye on them without overdoing them.

Ya, you could be right... I'm so used to seeing the invoices that we send to the dealers. 60,80 or 90 depending on what grade of pads they buy.....

 

That's the "tote rack" that bolts onto the bed rack, and two of the intermediate cross bars for mounting rotex or tools.

Got a question for all you experts. So last night, me and my stupid self trying to aim my horn down as Rob suggested, since I relocated it to the side last weekend, broke the little bolt that holds the bracket to the horn itself. Not the big bolt that bolts to the truck, the little one on the back of the horn. Wasn't paying attention and started screwing instead of unscrewing.

Can that little bolt be replaced? Or no because it's something that's "built in" there since it's a nut that screws on to it? I'm thinking no and i'll have to buy the horn...
