That's nothing, 41 to my 28 was the spread at first meeting. Almost 55 to 42 now

My brother had Continentals on is second car (Dodge neon, I know), and they lasted less than 20,000 miles (had a warranty for 40k-50k miles). They are good sports car tires, not daily drivers.

A slew of pricey stuff my wife hates me for.
Take a look at Sumitomo. I put a set on my wife's Subie for a steal, and they're wearing very well. 60k warranty, excellent all weather rating.

So you got the boy toy neutered? He's not coming back. Do you blame him? Does he have to wear the lamp shade? j/k.

Most of my girlfriends have been older than me, but by only a few months. I don't even plan it that way.

I had a rental car that came with them and they were awesome (and believe me, I paid the $9 for extra insurance and made sure to fully test them). Those things were glued to the road, I was impressed. No long term info on them though but I find reading the reviews on sites like tire rack and discount tire direct to be helpful. Check Sears also, I was surprised to see how low their pricing was when looking for my truck, when comparing the same tire at a competitor. I know people price match these days but it was nice to see someone actually advertising low, not stupid high and make you ask for the 'real price'.

My breeder said the same thing about my lab, but I think he was 6-8 months before he got snipped.

    Morning folks.

Thanks for the replies on the tires. The reviews on these were quite high. "Lead foot Lucy" should be pleased with a higher performance sticky tires, I'm sure. Family calls the car the "red blur"...

I hope none of you are running this tire on your crotch rockets. It's the Michelin Pilot 4

What's your brand of choice? I've had good luck with Metzeler on my street bikes, I have to find a good brand of dual sport tires now. Looking like it'll be Dunlop or Kenda.

I had Pirelli P7000s on one of my cars. They rode a littie rough and only lasted 10k.

I don't think I've ever ran Pirelli car tires. I've also never owned a car long enough to do through a set of tires...

Car and motorcycle tires are a lot different. Brands I would never put on my car are at e top of my list for the bike, like Dunlop and Pirelli. I had Pirelli tires on the Ford for a while, the traction sucked and gas mileage tanked because they were so damn heavy.

True story. I know you guys were talking about conti car tires, I'd never run them on the bike though
