No but the may question you. Do you have any paperwork with you to help explain why you are carrying all that money?

I think you'll be fine - the 10k cash rule I believe is for customs and international travel. Just print out the flyer of the car showing the value of the vehicle - if you have temp/dealer plates or something that might help

I respond to either - one fight in middle school and I was nicknamed Bruce for the rest of my grade school career.. that and if I wash my hair when it's long apparently I have the Bruce Lee afro....

    "Travel within the United States
If you are on a domestic flight in the US, there is no limit to the amount of cash or monetary instruments that you can carry. However, the TSA may ask a passenger who is carrying a large sum of cash to account for the money. If the TSA suspects that the money is related to some kind of criminal activity such as drug trafficking or money laundering, they may turn the issue over to a law enforcement agency (TSA has no law enforcement powers)."

Welp... you're fucked cause you look sketchy as hell @DoubleRGirl

I'm sure the TSA will consider anyone carrying a large amount of cash sketchy.

Nah, no limits on cash as long as you're not leaving the US.
But if they ask, the BEST course of action is to throw something at the agent, grab the $$ and run away very quickly.

Or just show them the withdrawal slip from the bank and explain that you're on your way to buy a car.

Always ask Noel the best course of action. He gives the best answers!

I got pulled out of line for a screening one because they said I texted positive for explosive residue. I also had my Johnny cupcakes shirt on that said "make cupcakes, not war"

I used to work for the TSA. Domestically, you can bring as much as you want as long as you have proof of where you got it. You'll definitely be stopped and questioned for anything over 10 G's

Correct, Lincoln NH. Riding up the mountain in the 6x6 was cool, did the offroad adventure a few years ago. The zip line was awesome, one of them was 1600 feet long, longest in the nation.
