    Thankfully, mine were in perfect shape when I changed them around 70k. Boots on the caliper pistons were split, though, so I replaced both front calipers. With the price of a remanufactured caliper, I wasn't too willing to mess with rebuilding my factory ones.

    I had to Alex the retaining pins/wedges for the king pins. The one on the driver's side could have been welded in place for all the trouble it gave me. Had to let it soak in penetrating oil for a week, then heat & beat to get it out. Passenger side fell right out after a 7-8 taps with a regular hammer.
