    I had to take my wife to the hospital (Beth Israel) 2 weeks ago at like 11 at night. Forgot I had my hi lift attached to my roof rack and wacked the warning pipe with it. I literally had less than an.inch between it and the ceiling joists, and had to make sure to avoid the electrical conduits/lights attached to the ceiling. Fortunately I never hit, but I was able to park right next to the entrance/exit and I think if I had to go further in I would have been SOL. But it was 11pm and I didn't even think about it until after I dropped her off at the door and went to go park.

    Moral of the story: parking in the city sucks balls, especially with a truck/suv

    I went to high school in Dorchester so I spent plenty of time in the city during those ages. Now I hate going in town. Everything is just a hassle in there

    Royally does. I had one place tell me they won't let trucks in the lot. Stupid since mine has more clearance than the SUV he let in ahead of me.

    The city generally annoys me too. Only reason I go in is to take my daughter to the aquarium cause she loves it, or to go to my sister in laws place in Southie which fortunately has parking.
