Not the best choice in vehicles today...

 

Sure could surge brakes on the trailer don't work and my suspension is very tired. I foresee lots of swaying and far less than ideal braking. I will use the taco for the 1.5 miles to the boat yard. Just not on the highway.

 

Hope you brought a wetsuit.

 

I have the rain insert for my jacket, no rain pants. Hopefully the rain stops by this evening.

It would appear that your bike is cursed. Every time you mention riding it there's rain involved.

Yum what a lunch I had half a tuna steak left over from making sushi last night. A bit of salmon and a bottle of Hibiki to drink with it. Fish whiskey and a bite of rice don't think you can beat it.

I was running and a guy in a white access cab honked and waved. At first I didn't get mad because I thought "oh it's a tacoma guy" and then I realized he has no way of knowing I have a tacoma...

Took advantage of the rain day to finish up the final mystery of my '99 TRD axle swap: getting the diff lock light in the dash to come on when switch is engaged. Ladies and gentleman, after 14 yrs of dormancy, its ON

 

Made a bracket to mouth the cb on with some scrap stock from work. I have to pull it down and paint it now.

 

Nice! I ended up using that location as well with the Cobra 75, keeps the mic cord out of the way of stick shift, and when I'm not using it, it all gets shoved in lower middle-console compartment
