Just finalized little vaca with the GF up to Portland, ME; boat resi's made! cleaned up the yard and coiled garden hose plus checked my maple tree I park under for any precarious looking branches

Now off to hit up @Darth_Yota for some no-work-day (rare for us) shenanigans

 

I wanna go but I promised to bring the vine to a car show that weekend....

 

Jason looks like he's talking weekend of Sept. 24th (Sat)....I think ...... you should make it Scott!!

I'm already going to be camping in NH that weekend.....are you going NH or RI?

 

....jealous of the camping though, thats going to be amazing in NH end of Sept. Jason and others know of some runs in RI, but maybe this will turn into a multi-state venture, so who knows might see you up in NH

 

I was supposed to move my oldest back to college today but luckily we got most of her stuff (all of the bulky heavy stuff) in yesterday, cause I got called into work this am. High rise downtown (42 floors) only had one elev running and it was the dirty, slow freight elev. That was good for some OT hours to help pay for the college experience.

 

I would probably aim for the RI spot - I need to figure out with Rebecca where we went in again and the path we went last time. I'll take a look at the maps later tonight, it might be something I have to plan when I'm back in town. I say lets aim for a sunday AM run, does the 25th sound okay for people? Honestly besides the rocky hill and some pin-striping there isn't much to worry about. The trip to western mass Rebecca and I took yesterday was probably the worse (mud holes...) besides Henniker which was more rocky.

I'll post an interest pending thread in the Wheelin' group later tonight to gauge interest. I don't want to double down on the same day as another event (the 24th).

We went to October Mountain and followed some atv's around. It was a blast, a bit muddy but I wish I marked where the trail started. @DoubleRGirl had to pull some widow makers down with her truck haha.

You get yours out other than the PA trip?

I've been modifying mine, my wife is not happy. It's got a new battery box with shut off switch, I rebuilt the bed, added a some storage bins and plan to add back up LED lights and twin propane tanks instead of the single one it has.
