In case anyone needed chimney sweeping don't use cheaper sweeper out of Warwick. They just almost hit me in traffic, when I honked to let them know I was there he swerved back into his lane, and then swerved at me and almost hit me again before cutting me off and driving like a turd. Anyway, this is just a reminder for me to leave them a bad review later haha

I burn seasoned firewood and clean my own out every fall. :notsure:

    BUT-
If I see them, I'll run them off the road for you.

    <3

Just kidding, I won't do that. Wouldn't want to dent my truck and/or shoot somebody.

X2...just got done checking/cleaning the woodstove in prep for the season a minute ago. we have a place here on island where you can pick up a pipe brush and attachments for free, I should just get my own eventually.. last season I got a bunch of oak that I was able to cut/split and leave on site ( friends that wont thieve) picked up one load yesterday and stacked at the house.. next load prolly this weekend. I love having the end-of-the-world stash, it speaks to my yankee nature deeply :D

I just need to build a bigger wood shed, thats on the to do list this fall. the one for my dry wood which will last me through the winter is just too small and I hate tarping everything that still needs to season.

Though, you Mainer's probably don't mind a little blue tarp action...its pretty much the state flag :rimshot: :p

    I hear you there.

Usually keep 2 years of firewood on hand, when I can. :notsure:

    Edit- And then there's this...

    :anonymous:

It IS the state flag. There's just some funny looking logo on top of it. :notsure:

Haha I wish I was even remotely as prepared as that. I don't have any food storage just a lot of defense and wilderness survival stuff. She thinks I'm preparing for the zombie apocalypse or to go off the grid. Do you run a backup generator for the fridges in case power goes out? I hear a sealed freezer can hold for quite some time before the food thaws and spoils..

I'm prepped more so like you are. Lead and survival gear (but gear I actually know how to use unlike some people I know who have mountains of gear and not the foggiest idea what to do with it). I have an ok stash of food and usually a decent amount of bottled water on hand.
